Appointment Policy

We request that you arrive on time for your appointment. In return, we pledge to do our absolute best to see YOU and your pet on time. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.

When a client is late for their appointment, it can be very difficult to give the patient the best attention and complete care in the time remaining. Thus, if a client is running late, the client may be asked to reschedule their appointment or be given the option of waiting for the next available veterinarian (if possible).

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to provide us with 24-hour notice. In the event that we do not receive a 24-hour notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments, future appointment reservations will require a $50 deposit to schedule. This deposit will then be applied to the exam fee at the time of the appointment.

For the safety of all animals in our care, we ask you to restrain your pet. We require that all dogs and cats be placed on a leash or in pet carriers before entering the waiting room.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. No-show cancelations of scheduled procedures will be charged a $50 reschedule fee. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  We have partnered with Scratchpay for care that may exceed your budget.  For information, visit the link below.
